Man charged with lawyer's murder

A 21-year-old man who was held at Park Lane in Kingston on Saturday was formally charged yesterday for the December 2004 murder of attorney Michael Anthony Hussey.
The man, Nicorie Spencer of Park Lane, is facing charges of murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of firearm.
Hussey was shot dead after driving his Honda Accord motor car to Pennant Drive. He was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
Spencer is scheduled to appear in the Corporate Area Criminal Court today.
