February 15, 2006 - Cuban light-bulb pilot project launched.

July 3, 2006 - Kern Spencer takes control of the second phase of the project.

July 30, 2007 - Spencer transferred criminal property from Jamaica (US64,576.50)

July 30, 2007 - Received $3.1 million from Rodney Chin.

September 1, 2007 - Spencer approves millions of dollars in outstanding invoices.

October 23, 2007 - Clive Mullings raises the red flag and calls in the OCG and the AG.

November 6, 2007 - Mullings calls in Fraud Squad and DPP and Spencer weeps in Parliament.

January 15, 2008 - AG report tabled in Parliament.

February 5, 2008 - Damning contractor general's report tabled in Parliament.

February 7, 2008 - PNP executive signals distancing from Spencer.

February 14, 2008 - Spencer reveals intention to seek leave from Parliament.

February 21, 2008 - Spencer questioned by Organised Crime Investigation Division detectives.

February 22, 2008 - Spencer again questioned by detectives.

February 26, 2008 - Spencer, Rodney Chin and Coleen Wright jailed.

# Breach of Section 14 (1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, which addresses the role of government officials.
# Money laundering offences: concealing and disguising criminal property (US$37, 836.65); transferring criminal property from Jamaica (US64,576.50); engaging in a transaction with criminal property.

Rodney Chin (four)
#Two counts of conspiracy to defraud
# Breach of Section 14 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, which addresses the role of persons who conspire with government officials.
# Money laundering offence: engaging in a transaction with criminal property.

Coleen Wright (seven)
#Two counts of conspiracy to defraud.
# Breach of Section 14 (1) of the Prevention of Corruption Act
# Money laundering offences: engaging in a transaction with criminal property; transferring criminal property; disposing of criminal property; concealing and disguising criminal property.
